Huludao Lianhuashan Castings Ltd. is located in the beautiful coastal city of Huludao, Liaoning Province. The company was founded in 2000, and has been producing a range of high quality alloy cast iron, gray and ductile cast iron parts with additional capabilities in mechanical processing and heat treatment. Lianhuashan Castings Ltd. has a registered capital of 6.59 million RMB, covers an area of 60,000 square meters and currently has 350 employees. Its annual casting production capacity is 20,000 tons, and its machining capacity is 20 million pieces per year.
 
The main production equipment of foundry consist of Danish DISA vertical and horizontal moulding production lines, automatic pouring machines, 6 units of induction furnaces, sand treatment equipment, shot blasting treatment equipment and core-making equipment.
 
Machining equipment include Japanese Brother CNC machining center, Taiwan Youjia VMC-23A vertical machining center, Shenyang VMC-850B vertical machining center, i5CNC lathes and other high precision machining equipment. Net belt furnace for heat treatment and vacuum positive pressure oil and gas quenching furnace, vacuum tempering furnace and other industry leading equipment.
 
Testing instruments include ARL direct reading spectrum analyzer from Switzerland, Hitachi Foundry Master Smart spectrum analyzer, TSP-3601 carbon and silicon analyzer, molten iron temperature tester, sand performance tester, metallographic microscope, hardness tester, tension tester, VMS-1510G imaging instrument, MMD-220B profiler etc.
